Zoning Permit Fee Schedule

Applications shall be accompanied by a fee as established by resolution of the Board of Trustees. The township shall charge appropriate fees for the review or issuance of zoning certificates, temporary zoning certificates, certificates of conformance, conditional use approvals, appeals, variances, zoning amendments, nonconformity reviews, and other applicable certificates to cover the costs of inspection, investigation, legal notices and other expenses incidental to the enforcement of this zoning resolution. Such fees shall be paid to Springfield Township, and shall be paid in accordance to the official zoning fee schedule as established by the Board of Trustees.
